Within Australia 1-2 business days with Australia Post Express

All delivery times are approximate and are supplied by our prefered shipping provider Australia Post. You will recieve a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure you provide sufficent information for the safe delivery of your order. We will not be liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Farron Swim is based on North Stradbroke Island and so at times we suffer from delays totally beyond our control due to weather or logistical issue, however you will be notified asap upon any irregular events taking place.

REFUNDS

Farron Swim does not REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND or fit issues _meaning if your garment does not fit or suit as you had hoped) – Refunds will only be issued for items deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Farron Swim does not REFUND on orders placed with Discount Codes or Gift Cards - ALL SALES FINAL

Returns

We are more than happy to exchange your item if:

• You choose the wrong size

• You decide the colour or print isn’t suitable

• It doesn’t fit as you had hoped

Please note, that buying online there is always a risk that you may not pick the correct item/style/colour to suit you, should you have any of the above issues we will happily exchange so long as the following conditions are met:

• Contact us for a returns sheet within 48hrs of receipt of items and returned to us within 7 days.

• Post your item/s back in original condition, unworn, sanitary protection and tags still attached - strictly at your own costs, as it is not the responsibility of FARRON SWIM for your wrong choice in sizing or colour choice - unless previously agreed too. 

You must include a prepaid postage satchel for your exchange to be posted back to you

(if you do not include pre paid postage with your exchange it will be returned to you via regular post and we will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed exchanges sent in this manner)

PLEASE NOTE: When exchanging items, there is a risk your request may be out of stock. In this case we are happy to issue you with a store credit or swap for another design, however this does not grant you a refund for your original purchase. 

We will only pay for items to be posted back should we be at fault, ie. faulty item/s – issues beyond your control. We reserve the right to deny exchanges should they be returned damaged or worn.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGE under any circumstance so please choose wisely.
